This is the first recipe I have made from the Hummingbird Bakery's newest book, Home Sweet Home. I made their Malted Chocolate Cake for Father's Day, since my dad's favourite chocolate is maltersers. It was a nice, really rich chocolate cake which I decorated with whole maltersers and crushed maltesers.
