This is a recipe from the Hummingbird Bakery's Cake Days book last week. It has small bits of chopped strawberries at the bottom, then a vanilla sponge topped with cream cheese frosting and a sprinkling of digestive biscuit crumbs. A great summery cupcake, although I think anything with fruit in always seems summery to me!
