Chicken Burgers




This was what my family had for dinner one day last week - homemade chicken burgers with chips.

For the chicken burgers, we combined chicken mince with breadcrumbs, and a few herbs, then pan fried them for 20 minutes, flipping over every few minutes.

For the chips, slice approximately one potato per person into long chip slices, then parboil for 5 minutes. Drain the chips, then tip them onto to a baking tray, add a splash of olive oil then cook in the oven for another 15 minutes.

We then had our burgers with cheese, avacoda, tomatoes and cucumber, but obviously you can add anything!
