Cupcakes are a great option for an easier to dish up birthday cake. This is the second year that I have made my brother red velvet cupcakes for his birthday, and they go down very well with his friends. Of course, I would say that it is ideal to have cupcake stand to put them on, but as you can see from the last picture, they also work well in rows- for example you could present them on a tray instead!
