Brownies

 On Wednesday I made brownies from Nigella's how to be a domestic goddess book. This usaully work well, but this time they were a little undercooked, but were still well recieved. I like this recipe because it uses real chocolate, although I usaully use less that the 375g stated because its quite expensive, as in Dubai you don't really get own brand chocolate like I would use in the UK. However, this recipe is a good one, and because the flour is added last, I usually make a few with wheat-free spelt flour for my mum.
