On Wednesday I made 12 vanilla and 12 chocolate cupcakes, because I was in a bit of a cake mood after the Hummingbird Bakery Opening! I used the Hummingbird recipes, and did a combination of different sponges and toppings. I think my favourite is vanilla sponge with chocolate topping, as its not too rich but still has my favourite thing - chocolate! I went a bit mad with all the different toppings, but I think the cupcakes look great all together, and my favourite way to present them is definitely on my cupcake stand. I love the look of them all together!
