Cupcake Stand

This is the next time I used the triple chocolate cake recipe, and it made 24 cupcakes. This time I used white chocolate stars instead of grated white chocolate, as I felt it worked better for the size of the cupcakes. What I love about these photos as well is that is shows off my cupcake stand, which fits 23 cupcakes (so I can usually eat one warm!). I love using my cupcake stand, but don't often get the chance to as I usually take my cupcakes into school. However, I used my cupcake stand to great effect for my brother's last birthday, the cupcakes on the middle tier spelled out 'Happy' and the bottom tier 'birthday', with one letter on each cupcake. The red velvet cupcakes went down very well with my brother and his friends!
