Hi there! Here is one of my most recent bakes, which I made while I was staying at my grandmother's house during the summer. It's the carrot cake recipe from Hummingbird, but minus the walnuts. Have to say I didn't previously like carrot cake all that much, but while I was out during the summer I had a taste of one and it was so delicious that I decided to make it myself, as I just wanted a slice, but ended up eating most of the cake!
