Red Velvet Brownies with Oreo Truffle Layer

I made these recently after discovering a great recipe (link at the end). The only thing I change was rather than the chocolate layer on top I just put chocolate chips on, which still worked and I don't think it made too much of a difference. I used the link to the fully homemade version of the brownies, as I wanted to make them from scratch, and also as instant Jell-o isnt something we seem to have in Dubai. The fully homemade version of the brownies was still a very quick and easy recipe, so worth trying!
