Cornmeal Crusted Chicken

This week I am making new dish for dinner each night. For the first night, I tried something thats not massively different from a typical meal my family might have, but used the recipe below to make the chicken a bit different. The soy sauce and lime sauce is also great and a very light sauce, making a nice difference from the gravy that might usually be had. I served the cornmeal crusted chicken with mash potatoes and peas, but there are suggestions of other sides to serve in the comments of the original recipe. I really liked this, and its a fairly simple recipe I think.
