This was my first recipe from Lily Vanilli's Sweet Tooth, a new cookbook that I got for Christmas. It has some gorgeous recipes and also looks beautiful! I chose to make this cake because it was wheat-free so that my mum could eat it. It was a really rich, slightly bitter chocolate sponge, so great for any dark chocolate lovers!
