Chicken Parmesan Meatballs

For dinner the other day I made these, with inspiration from Dinner: A Love Story, a great website which is now a cookbook! Check it out at http://www.dinneralovestory.com/

Anyway, these are chicken meatballs - minced chicken, breadcrumbs and herbs mixed together, then shaped into meatballs. Place the uncooked meatballs on a tray, then brush on top a tomato sauce (I used the one pictured, the same one I use to make pasta sauces) and then top with grated parmesan. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then add to pasta with a bit more of the sauce.
