Chicken Kebabs


Just a little dinner idea for you! A couple of days ago we had (for the second time) chicken kebabs and rice with yoghurt and mint sauce. Pretty simple! We just bought kebabs from the supermarket, then grilled them in the oven at 175C for 20 minutes (or until cooked). Just cook the rice plain. Chop up some mint and stir into the yoghurt. If you want more peppers (we had some on the kebabs) just slice them thinly and grill at the same time as grilling the kebabs. Its a really nice refreshing meal.
