Taking inspiration from Dinner A Love Story

Dinner A Love Story is both one of my favourite blogs and cookbooks, so I thought I'd share one of my favourite recipes from it - baked sausage, potato and apple. I have also been adding carrots to this, then serving with ketchup or chutney, as the recipe calls for mustard, but that is one of the handful of foods that my boyfriend just will not eat! However, it is in our regular rotation, and is a great winter comfort meal.
