Chocolate and Avocado Cupcakes

Here is a recent bake - getting back to my original and favourite thing to bake, cupcakes!

These are chocolate cupcakes with avocado icing, which is what gives it the nice green! Any chocolate cake recipe works here, including the quick chocolate cake recipe that I referenced in my recent post about birthday cakes. The icing swaps out butter for avocado, so it's a 'healthier' fat but also adds a nice different taste to traditional buttercream.
