Mixed Berry cheesecake

This is the first of a series of three posts for today. I made all three of these desserts in one afternoon as my mum was having guests over in the evening. The first of these posts is a mixed berry cheesecake, which I made using a recipe from the Hummingbird Bakery Cake Days book. This was quite a simple recipe to make up initially, however the difficulty I had with this came when I had to put it in the oven. This has to be cooked as a banmarie, and I didn't have a pan deep enough to properly submerge the cheesecake. As a result of this I did get several cracks on the top, but it did still taste good!
