Brownies





These are the third dessert that I made, as I knew at least one really should involve some chocolate! I used the Nigella Lawsom recipe that I've written about using before. I again used spelt flour so that the brownies were wheat and gluten free. I stacked them up as you can see in he photos above to give it a more formal dessert look rather than looking like a casual snack. Along with the mixed berry cheesecake and the banoffee pie, I felt that these made a good trio of desserts, and they certainly seemed to go down well after dinner.
