Yule Log





 So, I know its January, but I still wanted to share this Yule Log that I made for Christmas, as if you don't add the Christmas decorations then its basically a Chocolate Swiss roll. I used a recipe from Good Housekeeping which I got out of there a couple of years ago. The important thing is to not put the filling too close to the end edge because otherwise as you roll it the cream will spurt out! I would also recommend getting someone else to help you roll it up as it can get a bit tricky. This is great all year round recipe that also is great at Christmas!
