I made this cake for the birthday of a family friend this week. It's a basic victoria sponge, with buttercream and strawberry jam in the middle. The writing on top was done with white chocolate. I melted the white chocolate in a plastic sandwich bag and then cut the corner off, thinly, in order to do the writing. Simple but effective cake!
