Pretzel Chicken

Computer's back!

A couple of weeks ago I made this pretzel chicken recipe that I found through DALS, and here's the link for both that page and the original recipe.

I found that the chicken was cooked beautifully like this, and the pretzel crust was really unique and added a great crunch.
Both the links above don't mention any sort of side dish other than beans, and as this was dinner, I added rice as my family like carbohydrates during dinner!
The rice didnt quite work like this, as I added the rest of the mustard sauce and it was far too mustardy! The carrots were nice though, so I'll try this again with a slightly different sauce and keep you posted!
