Cornflake Cakes

Ok, this one is pretty simple. Usually, I would use golden syrup instead of condensed milk in these, but I lacked golden syrup so I used condensed milk, which still worked pretty well.

Combine 200g condensed milk, 100g unsalted butter, 200g soft brown sugar and 40g cocoa powder in a medium saucepan over a medium heat until everything is melted and combined. Then take the saucepan off the heat and stir in cornflakes. There's no need to measure these out, just keep stirring them in until the chocoately mixture has been used up and the cornflakes have an even coating.

If its near Easter (as it was when I made them), you can add a couple of Mini Eggs to the top for decoration!
