My Go To 'Reset' Meal


This is a really simple meal, but one that just hits the spot when you want something that feels healthy but fills you up! The five components of this meal are:

  1.  Grilled chicken (cook with a splash of olive oil in the oven for 30-35 minutes)
  2. Brown rice (boil for approx. 25 minutes on the hob)
  3. Mixed salad
  4. Avocado
  5. Minty yoghurt - using either greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt, tear or chop a few leaves of mint and mix it in
Very simple, hands off meal but mostly just takes a few minutes of assembly time! After a few days of lots of eating and drinking, this hit the spot for a nice quiet night in!
