Chocolate Cake with a hint of mint

I came home to the smell of baking the other day, to find this! My boyfriend, in a fit of baking, had made this - intending to make it a regular chocolate cake, but then finding that we had a 100g bar of mint chocolate to use! It gave it a nice hint of mint, not too strong and just enough to give the chocolate cake a little hint of difference!

Sure this would work with other flavoured chocolate bars as well, and they will be next on the agenda to try!
