Giant Yorkshire Pudding


On Shrove Tuesday, a day of batter, I thought I would share another form of batter - a Giant Yorkshire Pudding!

This was made in a circular standard cake tin, and filled with roast potatoes and butternut squash, as well as peas and sausages, then topped with some onion gravy! Fairly simple, but it feels so much more special by having it all in a giant yorkshire!

Ensure about 40-45 minutes cooking time until golden like in the picture above, and then fill with the vegetables and sausages!
