Mississippi Mud Cake

I made a Mississippi Mud Cake, again a Hummingbird recipe, for my brother's GCSE results last week. I originally planned to make a double layer cake, but there was so much mixture that I poured it into a large rectangular tin, which once it was baked I cut in half to produce a square cake. This was then iced with chocolate cream cheese frosting and some chocolate curls on top. (Photos to follow)
