Pizza Express Vegan Pizza Review

I had this pizza recently for lunch at Pizza Express. It was the first time I had it, and it was intrigued by a vegan pizza especially with hummus and aubergine - two of my favourite things! 

It worked well, actually, better than I was expecting. The hummus kept it from being dry, and it was a nice thin crust base as well, and also very filling with the other toppings. Would definitely recommend for vegans and non-vegans as well!
