Best Salad Ever

I wanted to share with you this simple but excellent salad that I had at Bills restaurant a few weeks back - salad leaves (mostly spinach), avocado, beautifully crispy bacon and some cheese. It had a lemony dressing but I can't quite work out what it is and it doesn't say on the menu - any ideas?
