My favourite thing to make on a Sunday

Happy Sunday! Thought I'd share my usual Sunday dinner with you - a very English roast!

The above picture is of a pork roast, but I usually rotate having that with cooking chicken and beef.

To accompany the meat, I do peas, carrots, parsnips (sometimes) roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and gravy, as well as apple sauce when I have pork.

Timing is main thing with a roast! Good luck with any roast making today, and have a great end to your weekend!
