Chocolate and Avocado birthday cake

This a cake I made once before and have put on the blog. Its a rick chocolate cake, with an avocado icing that looks amazing - no food colouring used here at all! This is a different take on it, as a birthday cake. This was for my 20th birthday, and is the ideal cake for a small family celebration. For those that don't like avocado, its a very subtle taste and simply makes for a healthier icing, as the avocado replaces the butter that you would normally use. This is from Lily Vanilli's cookbook.
