Chocolate orange cupcakes

In the theme of Christmas, I made these for my mum to take to her Christmas work party. They were a Hummingbird recipe from their cake days book and they went down very well!

However, I saved them for now, as while they would work well at Christmas, since it tends to be a time with a lot of different baked stuff around, I think these are a Christmassy thing that would work all year round! These were subtly orangey without being overwhelming and due to the orange aren't too rich. Enjoy!
