Sorry about the lack of posts recently, its been so hectic! These are the cookies I made for some of my friends birthdays, I used the recipe from the Tanya Ramsey book. Since being in England the chocolate that I would recommend is cooking chocolate, I used Tesco's own milk chocolate which worked well.
