I made millionaire shortbread again recently, and although I wont include a recipe as there is one on an earlier post, I wanted to share this again. The reason I made millionaire shortbread this time round was to take on holiday with me, because I think its a great food to take on the plane (thats what I did) or another long journey. Due to there only being a thin layer of chocolate, it doesnt get too messy (although it depends how much it melts) and its a solid, and tasty snack. Its my favourite travelling baked good!
