Lydia's 18th Birthday Cake

As Lydia and I had done a birthday cake for both myself and Kelly this year, we of course decided to make one for lydia. The top part (blue) that I baked is chocolate, and the bottom part is red velvet. As Lydia is vegan, this whole cake is vegan, but as with most vegan recipes its barely noticeable! I used the recipe Lydia sent me (http://www.instructables.com/id/The-BEST-chococlate-cake-ever...that-happens-to-be/) for my part of the cake. We then decorated the cake together, and ate it after a birthday meal out. It think it might be my favourite because the simplicity of the colours and design work so well together.
