Frozen cookies

First of all, apologies for a lack of pictures!

So - here's the story behind my making of 'frozen cookies' (to later be cooked, I assure you).

I made these according to a normal chocolate chip cookie recipe, then shaped them into spheres, then put then onto a baking tray and put them into the freezer. Once they were frozen I transferred them all into a big freezer bag.

To cook them, bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. 

This is a great method if you want to be able to have individual cookies, or for a special treat!
