Mass cookie baking

And the first foodie post of 2015!

Here is the result of making 50 cookies for my cousin to take to a bake sale, these are just a small selection of the ones we made! I used a Tanya Ramsey recipe which I doubled in order to make the quantity I wanted. They turned out really well - one of my favourite bits of this recipe is the use of chocolate chunks rather than chocolate chips, which I think makes the cookies feel more substantial.
