Chicken wrapped in bacon

My flatmate and I have just started doing more cooking together, and this was the first meal that we made. 

Chicken wrapped in bacon: 

Preheat the oven to 170C. Use one chicken breast per person. Put them on a chopping board, and cover the top of the chicken with a thin, even layer of mozzarella. On top of the mozzarella put 3-4 pieces of chorizo, depending on the size of the chicken breasts. Secure the mozzarella and chorizo by wrapping two rashers of bacon side by side around the chicken breast. Bake these in the oven for 35 minutes. 

Roast potatoes: peel and cut the potatoes into right pieces. Parboil them for 15 minutes. At the same time, heat up a tray of oil for three minutes in the oven. Drain the potatoes, and toss them in flour. Add garlic and rosemary to the tray of oil, and then add the potatoes to the tray, coating them in the oil. Roast these for about 30 minutes or until golden and crispy. 

Peas: self evident!
