Birthday Cupcakes

As I couldn't be with my friend on her birthday this year, I made her red velvet cupcakes at her request, and then posted 2 cupcakes and birthday card to her. I didn't take any photos, but in order to post them I put 2 cupcakes into a plastic airtight container, then put this into a small envelope. I then put this into a bigger padded envelope which I carefully taped up. It made it mostly in one piece, as although some the frosting stuck to the lid of the container they arrived otherwise unharmed on the day of her birthday!
